I have the Reebok Easytone sneakers. They are super comfy. You feel like you have a little bounce in your step. It does take some getting used to though since because of the design. You feel a lil wobbly in the beginning, but I guess thats the point to the Easytone.

I have really high arches, and for running I love Saucony, but for cross training I've found great Nikes at the Nike outlet.
