Smithtown pediatrician ???
We're due in May and it's time for us to start looking for a pediatrician. My doctor's office is recommending we look into Smithtown Pediatrics and Branch Pediatrics. If anyone has any information to share about either doctor before we go and visit them both I would be very appreciative! Thanks!

We use Smithtown Pediatrics. So far we are happy. They have a sick room and a well room. Three times I have called when my DS was sick and was able to get an appointment right away. Only once have I had a long wait. Rest of the time we were seen within 10 minutes. Other times I have called- the dr. has called me back and answered any questions I have had. They also called the next day to check in.
There are a few doctors in the practice and you can see any of them but they suggest you have one or two main doctors so they get to know your child better.
I also liked them because they are affliated with another practice that has a really amazing lactation specialist. (If you are interested in that.)

Smithtown pediatrician ???
We used to go to Smithtown Peds.
We saw 2 different MDs and weren't very happy with either when it came down to it.

We have been with Smithtown eds for over 5 years and are very happy.
I have seen probably 5 of the 9 Dr over the years, do I love them all? No, but I do really like ours.

Smithtown pediatrician ???
We go to Branch Pediatrics and are happy with them. They have separate waiting rooms for sick and well and are open weekends for emergencies.

We use them as well - Dr. Richard and Keith Ancona are the two main Drs we see the most often!

Smithtown pediatrician ???
We used to go to Smithtown Pediatrics. Didn't have a good experience with one of the doctors. Their office staff is just downright nasty too

We go to Branch Ped's, we love them. We see Dr. Mineo, she is great with my son.

We have used smithtown peds for 4 years and love our Ped!
I don't however love all the Drs in the practice but have never really had to see any of them.
The nurses can be a little rough around the edges but it doesn't bother me because they only take temp and weight so not much time is spent with them.
