Smells
Ok - now I think I heard this was a preggo symptom - I smell EVERY little thing!!!
Does this go away anytime soon? My dog uses Wee Wee Pads and the littlest drop on one pad drives me crazy!!!

Re: Smells
Yes! As soon as the m/s went away so did that - I remember I was SUCH a big coffee drinker and I couldn't even stand the smell of it as soon as I became pregnant.

Re: Smells
OK good - I hope it goes away soon. We are trying to get the dog to go outside all the time - but she will still use the wee wee pads too. I also want to try and get rid of them before the baby because I really don't want to worry about a baby crawling over a wee wee pad - I know I have time for that but I like to plan ahead!

Re: Smells
I can smell EVERYTHING. I walked by a guy today at work and said, "you're chewing gum." He just stared at me. His mouth was closed and he was not "chewing" at the moment...I just smelled it.

Mine hasn't gone away, but coffee has the SAME effect on me.

Re: Smells
My enhanced sense of smell has lasted throughout my pregnancy so far. I kind of like it. I am always the first to smell anything.

Re: Smells
I seriously asked DH if we could have Abby go live with my Mom till the smell thing went away because I cannot stand the smell of her poop or pee, I gag and throw up.
I feel your pain.
If anyone has perfume on, I gag,
If someone at work uses the microwave, Im gagging.
I sure hope it goes away soon!

I think I have a cold or bad allergies - and I can't breathe thru my nose and it runs all day but I can smell everything in creation - go figure.

Re: Smells
I still have it. It was actually one of my first symptoms. I did not even realize it until DH mentioned it yesterday at the Drs that I have had super-human smell for the past month

Re: Smells
I never had it.
It's due to a zinc deficiency. Perhaps talk to your doctor about what prenatals/supplements you are taking. That might help solve the problem.
