Small tent for outside (pool/beach)?
DS will be 7-9 months this summer. We will be outside (we have a pool), going to the pool, and going to the beach. He is extremely fair. Would it be a good idea to get one of those small baby tents? Something like this? Or are they generally a waste? My concern is he will feel too restricted and try to get out of it. Does anyone have any advice or any others they would recommend?

Personally, I loved having it that first summer. My older son was born in January, so he was 5-8 months during the time we were going to the beach. He is also VERY fair. The tent was great- we put some of his toys in there and he was perfectly content. We had one similar to the one you linked.
