Small indoor play areas

I am going to be home with my kids starting next week while in between jobs.

Where can I take them that isn't too expensive and that I can easily keep track of a 4 and 2 year old?

For example, I love Le Play Cafe because it's small and I can see them both. I hate Once Upon a Treetop because it's too big and crowded and too easy for them to get out (no one stands at the gate and I have been there when no one was at the front door to make sure a kid doesn't leave).

You could do a class at Gymboree - you can pay per session for open play. Meaning, you don't have to enroll or sign up for a package.

I don't know if it's too far for you but the Little Gym in Smithtown is very nice.

Open play at Abby's Village Square is exactly what you are looking for. We are offering a Mother's Day special for the entire month of may. Open play is only $5.00. Dates and times of play are listed on our website. http://www.abigailbottoms.com/village.htm

Thanks. We're in Levittown, so Nassau is easier, though my mom is in Commack so I could do things near her too.
