I don't know of any but a lot of times these places will just make you pay a deposit in case of damages. Some will give you the deposit back when you move out but others do not.
Also there are some that will charge you more monthly to let you have your pet there.

i know someone who is renting a townhouse in the Seasons development in plainview. They have two big dogs and two cats so I am sure they would be fine with a small dog.

Avalon Pines in Coram. It is only apartments, but they allow small dogs. I think anything up to 30lbs. It is pretty new and everything is beautiful. It is also on a golf course. Very expensive though!! There is also a Avalon in Smithtown, I'm guessing they allow dogs as well.

Harrison Gardens in Amityville are co-ops and they are very pet friendly! Almost everyone has a dog!

We used to live in a dog friendly coop community on the Queens/Nassau border right by Alley pond Park. It was called Alley Pond Owners Corp.

Some heatherwood properties allow dogs, as does fairfield.
