slow doubling beta
Anyone have any experience with this? I know that doubling time is 48-72 hours. First beta on sat was very low (14), second beta 48 hours later on monday was a 38, then third beta on wednesday went up to 54. So it increased about 50%.
I did PGD/IVF and transferred one chromosomally normal embryo, so I should have no concerns about chromosomal abnormalities.
I know that I could just be a slow doubler, we think this embryo was a late implanter.
Any thoughts?

Re: slow doubling beta
I can only share my experiences, and I hate to even say this because it won't be what you want to hear, but with the two pregnancies where I had slow to rise betas both ended in miscarriage. However, every pregnancy is different and just because mine didn't end well doesn't mean yours won't stick. I hope it all works out, lots and lots of luck!!!
