Does anyones body now wake up at a specific time and unable to go back..
My baby is now up at 430am and that is about it!

I'm up at 5 AM everyday for about 8 weeks now!
At first it was hard to fall back asleep but for the past 2 weeks I've been able to get back to sleep.

I wake up somewhere between 4:30 & 5:30 and pee every single day...but I always fall back asleep.

Oh yes....every night at about 3am I am up for at least an hour watching The Cosby Show on Nickelodeon - it's getting bad!

4am for me and i cant go back to sleep until around 7 or 8 am maybe later on certain days. Thank goodness I am home bc I am super tired on some days.
