Sleeping help!

Jordana goes to be so easily, but then she wakes up around 12 and we can't get her back to sleep.

We end up taking her out and putting her in the swing, where she stays and sleeps well for the rest of teh night. But this is such a BAD habit. Bringing her in bed with us also calms her down, but that I think that is even worse. Plus I never sleep well because I am always checking on her.

We tried letting her cry it out but after an hour, we don't know what to do. Most of the time we don't last that long between she is in the room with us.

Any suggestions?
