Yes, there is.. go to sleeplady.com

she is a sleep expert for infants/babies/toddlers.. you can do a phone interview with her, but i know she charges alot of $$$... i was considering it too, i guess if you are desperate the money is well worth it!!

Good luck girls!Chat Icon

As someone who has had 5 hours of sleep in the last 24 hours...$225 doesn't seem like that much! Today we were up at 4.35 am! I don't know how you working moms do it!! Much respect

I read about her in American Baby (I think) and went to her site and googled her (she was also on Dr Phil and there is a video of her plan for one couple there) and just got the idea of what her plan was.

One thing it did solve was that DS will go to sleep with not much effort at 730. and the earliest he usually wakes is 4 am, but that is rare. It's usually 5 or 6. It may sound early to some of you, but when you are waking up multiple times during the night it is fantastic to get some good chunks of sleep in.

Let me know if you have questions about it. There si also a message board on her site
