Sleep Positioner?

Does anyone use this? Is it really better for the baby's sleeping position?

IMO they are dangerous. The baby can wiggle down them and get their face right up against the positioner part... causing rebreathing of C02...

THANK YOU! I am so glad I posted this. I wasn't too crazy about the idea of it...I saw it thought it was a little ridiculous. Thanks for the advice!

Well once a baby is able to turn roll from his/her back to belly and back again the positioner is useless anyway.

Same here. I only used the inclined to sleep, cause of her reflux.
