Sleep issues 3 year old
For the last few weeks my 3 year old has been waking at night and now the last 2 he has been waking every 2/3 hours calling out for me. Once I get in there he usually falls back asleep . Not sure how to break this habit . I am not sure if its separation anxiety not eating enough peeing you name it. Anyone else have this issue ? This mom is exhausted!!

Re: Sleep issues 3 year old
DS has been doing this for the past week or so. I'm exhausted!!!
Last night he whined, tossed and turned for almost 45 mins before relaxing and passing out.
He was a cranky mess this morning because he didn't sleep well.
I wonder if it has anything to do with having to go to the potty??? He's been in underwear at night now for close to 2 weeks, and this is when it all started. Could it be because he has to go and is holding it in? He doesn't want a pull up on a night - I'm not going to argue that with him.
A few nights I think it was bad dreams /night terrors because he was crying and wanting to go play outside on the slide. We tried to tell him it was night time, that just fueled the screams and crying. He eventually gave up and went back to sleep, but it took awhile before that happened.
