Skin Care
I am tired of my skin looking bad without makeup. I don't have any specific problems I just feel it looks blemishy and bad. Can anyone recommend a simple yet effective skin care routine?

Diet!!! Drink lots of water, reduce sugar, and try juicing. Eat more avocados and seeds.
Personally, and I'm not saying I have amazing awesome skin, but I only wash my face at night. I feel like my skin is better. In the morning, I just rinse with warm water OR I'll do a mixture of cetaphil and baking soda.
Also, try changing your pillow case every few days. Hair products can leave residue on your pillowcase and cause blemishes.
Also, sweat! Exercise.

Go see a dermatologist! Whatever problems you have can be fixed pretty easily based on what you said about the condition of your skin.
