Skeleton Costume - no mask
My 5 year old wants to be a skeleton for Halloween. He does not want to wear a mask. I have seen the hooded skeleton zipper sweatshirt, which is cute, but comes to be a lot and we have a few of sweatshirts already. Anyone see a simple skeleton costume that's not a fortune and comfy? He's also small for his age.

I always see them at Kmart, Target, etc. each year. Just omit the mask part that comes with it.

Thanks! That's what I figured on doing. I guess he hasn't been into "scary" costumes before so I never looked in the stores. THe zipper sweatshirts are cute but expensive. Especially since we have a lot of those already.
I'll check it out. Figured on not using the mask too.

Carters always has the black PJs w/ the glow in the dark skeleton each year - I always get them for the boys ........
One year when Sean was really little I sent him to daycare in those and his black chucks b/c his halloween costume was big and furry and just a pain - they were calling him "Johhny" from karate kid - all day

OMG! I didn't even think of that. Great! DH will love it even more. Best part is in college DH did the Danny "shower" costume for a party. Didn't know him then, but his friends told me about it. I should have him do it again. Go out trick or treating... only the parents would understand.

I just picked up the skeleton pjs from Carter's today. They were 50% off so only $10!
