Size question for twin baby shower

Would you buy 0-3 or 3-6?

I'm a little unsure on what size clothing to get for my friend's baby shower.

She is expecting twins in December.

Are twins typically born on the smaller end so go with the 0-3? Or do they usually come up to weight of singlets pretty fast so go with 3-6?

Both parents are above average height (dad is over 6 ft).

see, i think this is most peoples opinion, and all the clothes I got at my shower were too big to put the baby in...so I'd buy 0-3. They will grow into that too!!

That was my concern too. My sister had a smaller baby (6lbs) and she had to go out and buy all newborn stuff bc everything was floating on my niece.

I had to do the same thing! Such a shame when theres all the bigger clothes just hanging in the closet!...and waay too many of them at that. DS was born at 6lbs 7oz and he was even in preemie for a week or two.
