Re: Sinuses..HELP!
Yellow can definitely be an infection. I would go to the doctor.

Yellow/ green MAY mean an infection, however it is not a sole indicator.
Bend over (don't hurt yourself) do you have major sinus pain? Does your face hurt? I'm no doctor but I should have a degree in sinus infections. 5 last year alone.

Re: Sinuses..HELP!
Sounds like a cold. When I have a sinus infection I can barely move it hurts so much, and I usually get dizzy.

A sinus infection will usually cause facial pain under or above your eyes. Additionally, if you bend down the pressure in your head tends to be severe. I'm saying no, but it doesn't mean it couldn't be the start of one. If it doesn't get better in a few days, I'd go to the doctor. Use saliene spray two-three times a day.
