sinus headache
I know my dr mentioned tylenol but i just checked my medicine cabinet and only have pm or extra strength.. Do you think those would be fine?

I wouldn't take pm and just take 1extra strength (500mg). Nothing more.

I def wouldnt take pm and like the person before me just mentioned only 1 extra strength.
Try a neti pot using filtered water. Also try sleeping with a humidifier. And try alternating hot/cold rags on your forehead/eyes upper nostril area. I find these things help.
And always drink water with a slice of lemon. Just helps your system.
Hope this helps. Feel better. I hate sinus headaches! They are the worst.

thanks.. I couldn't take it anymore so I just took 1 extra strength and it was gone in a 1/2 hour.. I have to get one of those netti pots and some regular tylenol so i'm not caught off guard again at 10:00pm on NYE lol
