since I am stuck home today
I decided to take care of some bills and make some phone calls
* so first was the HSBC credit card bill and it has a $100 charge from a travel group on it that we didnt charge so I call the 1-800 # of the Travel group and they said they want us to join etc so I got so mad and told them they have no right to charge our cc without our permission so I call the CC company and the travel group is a part of their comapny or something.......Isnt it illegal to charge a cc w/o permission??
* so next we got a bill for $168 from Sporttime for DH's bb membership which we paid already on the credit card so I call their billing dept and they said they have no record of it...I have the credit card statement but apparantley that is not good enough....so we stay on the phone for 20 minutes and then it finally gets resolved
I hate BILLS but I hate all this hassle I just went through

I had that credit card and got rid of them they like to charge extra stuff on your cards HSBC.
