Similac recall.. anyone still NOT get their box to return containers?

I did it online the first day of the recall and never recieved a box. Luckily I was able to return 4 or the 5 containers I had (to BJS) but the other was from Diapers.com

I called, the woman said she would look into it.

I recieved a call back stating that my request may have been lost because I did it on the first day of the recall. I was told they would send a box.

It is now at least 2 weeks later and still no box!

DH is driving me crazy about this similac container sitting on our counter .

anyone else still waiting?

I received my box for the return and the check for the returned amount within about 7 days of my initial request.

I received the box about 2 days after the request. I did it last week.

Well I called and they have NO record of my request.. not by my name, address or even by the customer ID they gave me when they called me back 2 weeks ago.

They said they are sending a box... we will see.

I just got my boxes last week after requesting the day of the recall.
