Silly things that make me happy
I just went to BJ's and the Purdue chicken cutlets are now freezer packaged in 2's. so all you have to do is open the package and throw them all in the freezer. very convenient for people like me - it's just DH and I and I always separate those huge packs into 2 cutlets in a freezer bag anyway

YEP!!! they started doing this like a month or 2 ago - FANTASTIC!!!!! makes meal preparation sooo much easier, right??

Same here & by that time I was tired & didn't feel like doing it but it had to be done!!
