Silly question about bottles
if I run them through the dishwasher do I still have to sterilize them? or are they sterilized from the heat of the dishwasher?
Also does anyone else feel like they are always washing bottles? I only run the dishwasher once every 3 or 4 days so I mostly handwash them. I feel like the sink is always full of bottles and the dr browns have so many pieces.

If you put them in the dishwasher it sterilzes them. No need to do anything else.
I too feel like I am washing bottles all the time. And it takes forever!

That's why I got the Dr. Browns microwave sterilizer. My dishewasher takes forever. This thing takes 5 and minutes and it's done. It' the best thing!

I just wash mine in the dishwasher too. I run it once a day even if the bottles are the only things i it. I just got so tired of washing them by hand constantly. Especially with all the parts that the Dr. Brown's have.

i have the same thing for the Avent bottles- it's GREAT.. I use it at least twice a day.

Does it clean them? I use Enfamil Gentlease and it's kind of greasy.

I rememeber those not so far away days! I used to hand wash everything, now it goes in the dishwaser!

As long as the dishwasher will be full, I just run it through there. No need to sterilize again. In the beginning, I washed on the "extra hot wash" cycle.
