Silly little post...can I just tell you...
....how freakin excited I am that Emily is going to have probably 8X the amount of closet space when we move in 2 weeks then she has now?!?!?!?!
We brought over the contents of her current closet to the house today and it took up only 1/3 of the top rod, there is another rod below it.
And we have room to stack 8 huge rubbermade totes of old clothes/toys BEHIND all of the hanging clothes!! (we only have 2 back there so far)
And then under the lower rod there is still room for her toybox to fit INSIDE the closet ----- so we can hide her toys when we want to.
Even DH agrees with me that it is awesome!

We are moving in with FIL. So upstairs there are 2 rooms, but inbetween them there is the main pipe for a 2nd bathroom that they put in when they renovated, but they never installed the bathroom. So the two rooms share the space so it's like one big huge connected closet.
The other room is the office though so only the very front is used, and the rest is all Emily storage. I love it and I think she will too when she's a pre-teen bc she can fit so many clothes in there.
On the side there is also a shelved area and so all of her puzzles, toys in shoebox-type bins, dollhouses and stuff like that have a spot. And when we clean it up we can just shut the closet doors and it's all hidden away.
