I was really interested in cord blood banking for a while now, but Kept on forgeting to make the calls. So considering that I am at term and can go into labor any day now, I figured I better get cracking! lol! So yesterday I signed up with viacord. I decided to go with them because I felt that they were a well established company, and not only do they store cord blood but they also are leaders in the felid of research. As I was giving them my info, My Email address makes it sort of obvious that I am an RN and they asked me if I was a nurse, I said Yes and because I am in the medical/health care field I got a 495.00 Discount! I was so happy! So ladies if you are interested, check out all your options, and make sure to ask about discounts for your professions. you never know!
