SICK!! headcold!!!!! HELP

I am under the weather with a head cold. DH (hes a medic) checked my lungs and is pretty sure its an upper respirator infection but cant detect any wheezing in my lungs.

I know that this is not an uncommon thing to happen in pregnancy, so if any of you have had this please reccommend what you did to ease it being that you really cannot take any meds for it.

I've been drinking decaf tea and eating oranges. It seems to have lessened but if theres anything else i can do, please let me know.

I got very sick when I was PG with my DS - similiar to what you have. You can't take anything really besides Tylenol. I drank a lot of OJ and lemon water. When it wasn't getting better, I saw my doctor and she put me on Z-Pack, which is FINE when you are pregnant. Hope you are better soon
