Sick for the first time at 12 1/2 weeks???

I woke up feeling fine, at breakfast and about 10 minutes ago had this terrible feeling of nausea. Nothing actually came out, but for a few minutes, I felt flush, my heart was racing, and I thought I was going to vomit. I feel completely fine now. This was my first experience with sickness. I thought that it wasn't supposed to happen this late? I start my second trimester on Tuesday and everything I've read said I was in the clear. Did this happen to anyone else?

I was nauseous at pts during my 1st tri but, I felt I could control it by eating and constantly drinking water.

I got sick a few times during week 12 for the first time.

I was nauseous throughout my first tri, but was only actually sick once, towards the end (probably 10-11 weeks). Mine still went by about 13 weeks, so I think you're in the clear!

Thanks, it just felt so weired since I hadn't experienced it before and I kinda wasn't expecting it. to all those who have been dealing with this for weeks. I never realized what it felt like

BTW, the one time I did throw up, it felt pretty much exactly as you describe it. Unfortunately, I was on the train! But just one stop away from my station and I managed to get to the bathroom in time.
