Sick and miserable
I have my first official cold of the season! I am so stuffed up and so tired! Is there anything I can do ? I know I can't take cold medicine, but is there anything else? Please help, I feel like poo!

im sick too. i called the dr. and they said not to take sudafed but benedral is ok. Also vicks, cough drops and throat spray. feel better

I have the same and can't figure out if its allergies, a cold or both.
Benadryl isn't working at all for me...

i am developing a cold too..the worst part is i am allergic to benadryl!!!

yoou CAN take cold medicine....sudafed and tylenol cold are fine to take. Do not let yourself suffer, go get some medicine
