sick
having a head cold while pregnant SUCKS! i can't breathe and i'm even more exhausted than normal. i hate that i can't take any meds. my nose hurts from blowing so much and i actually pulled a muscle while having a sneezing fit  besides saline nasal sprays is there anything else we can use. i tried called my ob today but she never got back to me. is vicks vapor rub ok?????

Vicks vabor rub is ok in small doses. You can also take musinex. That will help with the congestion. I feel your pain as I have bronchitis.
