Siatic Nerve
Questions for you ladies, <My sister is in her 1st trimestar (11 week)and experience some bad siatic nerve pain in her lower back is there anything she can do to help relive the pain?? Any suggestion would be very helpful :)

I have bad sciatic nerve pain and I actually went to the chiropractor and she adjusted me and gave me some stretches to do to help it

I was told not to use heat, just to use cold/ice. Stretching is good, as is some manual massage to the area (DH calls it my "butt massage"). If it's really bad, tylenol can provide some relief, but I wouldn't take that every day. Hope she feels better! Mine didn't start until closer to 25 weeks and only on one side. Found out that the baby is mostly on that side now so it could be why.
