Shower questions
So my mom and sister booked shower and we are all beyond excited
My due date us 3/31 and shower date is 1/18
Is this too far away? We have out of towers who will be here that weekend so it worked

Shower questions
My shower and due date were pretty much the exact length of time apart that your's are! I didn't think it was too far away at all. I think I was around 32/33 weeks? I had a nice sized bump and had energy!

I planned my sister's shower for mid-June and she had her baby in mid-late August.
My friend had her shower in late August and had her baby in early October.
I would say your timing seems fine. You will most likely be less comfortable as you get closer to your due date so you might as well be comfortable and enjoy yourself!

You can really do whatever. With my first, I was due September 15 and had my shower in the beginning of August. It's really up to you though.

I think that's fine! My shower was 4/15, my due date was June 2nd and DS was born on 3/28 lol.
Having a little early is fine- you'll be more comfortable!

I had 2. One was Oct 21st and the 2nd was Oct 28th. I was due Jan 19th.
Do whatever works.

My shower is actually going to be pretty early. I'm due 2/9 and my shower is 11/23. My mom didn't want to wait longer because then we'd run into the holidays and then after the holidays there's the chance I might deliver early, so we didn't want to risk that either.

With my first, my due date was 1/27 and my shower was in mid november. My sister wanted to have it before the holidays.

I think that's perfect! Mine was 5/5 and I was due 6/5 - I felt it was a little close as I felt really big and slightly uncomfortable. I felt a lot better 2 months before my due date!

mine too I'm due 2/6 shower is 11/2 for the same reasons

mine too I'm due 2/6 shower is 11/2 for the same reasons
I am due 2/26 and mine is 11/24 because my mom has season tickets for the Jets, and there are not a lot of Sundays that aren't home games or holidays, lol. She gave me two dates to choose from and one was a month before my due date and I didn't want to be huge trying to put together stuff and organize.

It was just about the same for my shower. Although mine was a surprise, I thought it was perfect timing and wouldn't have wanted it much closer to my due date.

I don't think that's too far apart. With DD1, I was due Dec. 29th and we had shower on Nov. 14th.

I was 33 weeks at my shower and it was perfect. I still had a lot of energy and was comfortable enough. Also gives you enough time to assess the gifts, return or exchange things.

Seems fine to me. I was due with my first on 1/17 and my shower was 11/8. I was 30 weeks. My mom said she didn't want to get to close to the holidays.

Mine's today and I am due 12/29. I am 30 weeks. I feel like its a good time because I will have time for exchanges and what not before the holiday rush. We also have something almost every weekend until Thanksgiving so I knew it would be early or late.

I'm due 10/27 and mine was 9/7. It worked out great as I felt good and had energy to do wash everything and get it all put away before. I did go ink threatened preterm labor on 9/20 and was on bed rest for a few weeks so it worked out well
