i saw one on etsy.com (they have a lot of cute and cheap ones on there) that were washcloths folded like diapers with a cute little pin and filled with candy. i've also seen bath salts that looked like little peas in a pod.

We had Boo Bunnies made from washclothes and baby poweder scented jar candles. AC Moore still sells those candles for $1 and my mom dressed them up with Tulle and baby charms.
