Shower favors
so my DH is throwing my baby shower and doesnt want to give favors, b/c he feels like he's spending so much $$ already. What do you guiys think about this, i am in favor of favors  but sort of know where he's coming from, Do you think guests will be insulted? Most of the people coming is just family anyway,

I don't think its necessary at all. I wonder if people will even notice...I mean, I know I don't go to a shower thinking "wheres the favor?!"

I had my shower yesterday and my mom and sister just had these little blue buckets that had little tags saying "It's a Boy!" and they filled them with gummy bears.
It was cute, edible and really cheap.
So there's always the option of doing something small.
Although I agree with the above posters that they definitely aren't necessary.
