Show me your changing table set up!
With only a few weeks till my due date, I'm trying to get this nursery set up and ready for our little one! I just can't figure out the best way to set up the changing table so I have everything I need at my fingertips, while keeping it organized looking.
So show me what your set up looks like - I need inspiration
(Side note: we are using the dresser as a changing table, so i'm thinking of some kind of basket next to the changing pad or do i keep stuff in a drawer???)

We have our changing pad on the dresser. We have a decorative basket with diapers in it at the end of the pad and a tub full of wipes down there too.

We are getting a crib with the changing table attached. It has drawers and storage space for diapers, wipes, etc.

Re: Show me your changing table set up!
I have the changing pad on the dresser too. The first drawer is where I keep everything-diapers, wipes, ointment, even her thermometer, nail clipper and lotion, just so everything is in one place. The extra diapers that don't fit in the drawer are on the shelf in her closet. Also, on the space that is left on the dresser there are toys. At first they were just to look cute, now we give them to dd while we are changing her to keep her in one place.

I thought about doing this too but have read on a few sites and in the baby bargains book that the attachment can act as a climbing mechanism when the child gets a bit older. There have been reports of injuries, per the book. I don't mean it to scare you or try to influence you, but I felt compelled to mention it. That said, I'm sure a lot of people have this setup so they may be better positioned to speak to whether it's good or not.

I'm 14wks so we have not done the "nursery" yet, but this baby will be in our room and we are doing this as well. I plan to get 2 big bins and 1 smaller one. This will hold the extras we need, diapers, wipes and so on. I also plan to clear 1 drawer out for the first aid stuff. It will be tight, but we are going pretty minimal with baby and we cloth diaper anyway.

Re: Show me your changing table set up!
I have the changing pad on the dresser with a basket with diapers, lotion and diaper cream next to. Then I have a wipes warmer out.
The drawer below the dresser had extra diapers and medicines and things. Then I changed it to receiving blankets and swaddlers.
It's all very confusing lol
