Diamond studs with white gold also here.
I have lots of custom jewerly that I rarely wear now. I used to have earings, necklaces, shoes and handbags for every outfit. 
Now I got classic. It's easier.

I have pearl earrings I wear a lot.
I have various silver hoops and drops, but I am always losing them. I don't really have fancy earrings, I just wear my pearls.

I was always a huge costume jewelry person - I have tons of stuff, but I hardly wear any of my earrings bc of DD pulling them. I normally wear diamond studs.

Sometimes these (from DH)...I also wore these for my wedding - they're square pave diamond halos with sapphires in the center:
