Should I do it?
We're spending Thanksgiving in NY with ILs, but DH can get a honey baked him for not a lot of $$$ as part of working at Goddard. I was thinking of getting it and freezing it and having it later. It's just DH and I, but I can just cook it once and eat it the whole week as leftovers. As I'm getting close to finishing my dissertation, I'm looking for easy ways to get dinner done since I work late most nights.
Is this a good idea? We just have a freezer as the top part of our fridge. Not a deep freezer.
