should i call someone to find out what day we will take posession?
we are supposed to close wednesday, hopefully thats good for the sellers too.. i'm assuming it is since we havent heard otherwise... who could i find that out from? Our attorney or our bank attorney?

Have your attorney find out. If you are friendly with the sellers, call them directly to work something out.

I asked my attorney to find out but they weren't getting a clear answer from sellers attorney.
I called the realtor to find out saying I needed to know so I could change over the utilities. That got me an answer within 2 hours.
