Should I be worried
I have been having some dull cramping yesterday and today its not painful more uncomfy....(P.S I also am a little "backed Up") I have my growth sono today but wont see the doc, its with a tech, should I call my doc? I am 31.4 weeks

shoulds relatively normal to me. Its just another joy of pregnancy. I wouldn't call the doctor especially if you're gonna see your active little bean anyway today

where is the cramping exactly? It could just be your bones shifting b/c baby is getting bigger, could be the muscles stretching more.. could be alot of things.

I would just contact doc but sounds like its the weight of the baby stretching out the tummy. They sell support bands at BRU you can get that will help support the baby up, so you wont have that downward pulling sensation.
