Should I be worried?
My 7 year old American Bulldog refused to come back inside this morning when I let him out. He proceeded to pee 4 times in 4 different places about 2 minutes apart. AFTER he pooped. He usually runs out the door for one loooonnnnngggg pee in the morning.
Should I be worried?

Maybe he smelled an animal and wanted to mark the yard. Keep an eye on him but I wouldn't worry about it.
