Should I be telling HR?
I'm almost 9 weeks now. My direct supervisor knows and so does the executive director of my community, but I do not believe either has said anything to anyone else. Should I be informing HR?

Re: Should I be telling HR?
I don't know firsthand, but my boss is pregnant and she didn't tell anyone at the office until 12 weeks.

Re: Should I be telling HR?
I told my 2 main bosses at 13w. I told my third boss and HR at 15w. Another coworker waited even longer than me to tell

Re: Should I be telling HR?
no need to yet. I told my boss at 14 weeks and maybe around 16 weeks emailed HR. They answered some questions and I have all the info to file my Family leave with the ins co. I was told to let them know about 2 months prior to my DD. I'm 25 weeks and just filed the claim with our ins co today.
