Short Cervix and No Bed Rest
Did anyone have a short cervix (around 2.5 cm) and not go out on bedrest.
My cervix averaged around 2.5 cm from 20-33 weeks and then my doctor stopped checking me with my DS, but I also made him put me on bedrest. I still did chores and went out, but didn't work. However, this time around I don't have that luxury to not work. So, did anyone have a short cervx and no go out on bedrest? TIA

How many weeks are you? Did they try meds. I'm a different case b/c of twins, but I was put on bed rest at 26 weeks for a 2.7 cervix. I was put on meds too (indomethacin and procardia). I was very early on so they didnt want to mess around. The meds helped. I was never really taken off bedrest but I did modified after about 30 weeks.
