shoe issues with DD (kinda long)
I had posted before that I thought DD might be in the wrong size shoe (MIL HAD to buy them before christmas so they guessed what size she would be when she was walking)
I finally got her into the store we bought them from and she can still fit a size 3 (shes wearing a 4)...weird thing is her foot seems to be almost all the way forward in the 3 making it seem like they are getting small but when you feel the back where her heel is there is tons of space.
I just dont know what to do anymore! we are limited as to how many shoe stores we have around us and this is supposed to be a good place to get shoes.
any advice on where to get a 15 month old shoes in a size 3-3.5, she has skinny feet too so all these wide shoes arent doing us any good!
TIA
(I am not from the NY area so I guess im mainly just looking for BTDT advice as well as brands of shoes to look into)

Look for a Stride Right store or the Macy's kids shoe dept. which sells SR. They are the best shoes imho but run in the 40 dollar range. Once you know her size in ther shoes you can lookfor them at an outlet mall or online.

I don't think you need Stride Rites per se, but the most important thing is for you to have DD measured.

You can print out a thing from the SR website so you can measure her yourself.

you can also buy the measurement tool/thingy so you can use them at home. One Step Ahead carries them. I think my DD has big feet - she was a size 3 at 12 months and is a 5/6 now at 17 months.

I *think* somoene posted once that you can go on Stide Rite's website and print a sizing chart? Maybe its the "foot" one nad DD can try that?

thank you i will look into this tool!!! i think the major issues we are having is not only are her feet on the smaller side for her age but they are also quite slender...she has the furthest thing from a wide foot
