I have a couple pairs of flats. The quality is not great; I had a Groupon over the summer so I got a good price. They do most of their business in heels, I think.
JustFabulous is another $39.95 site but I do not know anything about their quality.

I have ordered a few from Shoe Dazzle. So far, quality ok & fit true to size. Read the reviews on the item you like,they are helpful.
