Shin Splints
I've been doing a lot of resting but lately my shins have been hurting alone with my feet... I'm 34 weeks.. Anyone else suffering from this? I feel like it's too early for me to be sidelined... I'm gonna get bigger next month!!

Re: Shin Splints
I haven't had any pain yet, but I had shin splints prior to being pregnant. They would only really bother me when I did a lot of walking or running on a hard surface.
Def ice them. If it gets really bad, there are ways to tape your foot (I know, weird) that can help. Also you can sit on a chair with your feet flat on the ground, put something with some weight on top of your toes and lift your toes up while keeping your heels on the ground. This helps strengthen the muscles that shin splints are affecting.
HTH!!
