Really? DD is obsessed with him-- AND, he's been wigging out lately, stopping mid-sentence and freezing in place  DD looks at me like "mom, what's going on???"
Our friend's Elmo is doing the same thing  For the $$, it should NOT be doing that-- and we changed the batteries, so that's not the issue.
I'm sure Ale will take a liking to him soon

Yes-- a gift from MIL for Christmas. It's such a cute dress, love it! MUST see pics of Emma in it when she wears it, please

K's Elmo Live doll DIED.  We gave it to her a couple of months ago (couldn't wait till Christmas  ) and it died a few weeks later. No change of batteries seems to revive him. She still loves him, but no more Elmo action for us!

What the heck??? I'm so ticked, and I didn't even buy it, it was a gift! I seriously am sooo annoyed because it's not cheap!!! Was it doing what I described?? Stopping mid-sentence and freezing?? I'm mad out of principle.
