Personally they are a life saver for me. There's nothing I hate more then changing crib sheets so this was perfect for me.

I got one of these to give it a try.
It is like a small piece of fabric that goes over the sheet and covers where the baby's head goes.
It protects the sheets in case the baby drools or you could put it under the baby's body to catch any messes.
