Sharp pains
So I got my BFP last week and for the last 24 hours I keep getting really sharp pains mostly on my left side right near my hip bone sometimes it happens on the other side but not to often, my stomach has been killing me all day :(
Is this a normal felling?

I think it's normal.. If this is ur 2nd pregnancy u may b feeling round ligament pains. Your uterus is stretching.

Sorry to crash, but I would call your doc in the AM... depending on how severe the pain is. I am always one to err on the side of caution.

Sharp pains
I'm sure it's nothing, but you should call your doctor. While it is most likely round ligament pain, you need to make sure it isn't ectopic. I'd call ASAP. Good luck!!

thanks guys. The sharp pains have left but I am just so nauseous now.. 
I didn't have M/s with my 1dc so im wondering if this is M/s or if u caught something at work.. Err never a dull moment
