oh G-d yes.....after being a manager in training since Oct (he was with the company back in NY for 3 years and an actual manager), he finally gets a "demotion" to assistant manager. Apparently the 2 write ups he had as an MIT prevented him from getting store. HE also got a PAY CUT! The write ups are BS, they would have never happened had he already had his own store!!! They were stupid mistakes-one wasn't even his falt. He opened the store late because the MGR changed his schedule, told SOMEONE ELSE to noitfy DH about it which this person never did-hence, late opening when he thought he was supposed to close that day!!!
He is SO upset and feels like he let me down somehow and we are so panic stricken as to how we are going to make ends meet.
We are praying that the Police Academy thing works out and FAST.
