I don't think they sell them in NY. Sorry!
Just found this online.
"call up the 40th and 7th avenue location. That might be your best bet, as its a corperate location and they often participate in promotions."
I also found a recipe for one if you want it?

McDonald's Shamrock Shake
Servings: 2 servings
Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1-1/4 cups milk, 2% lowfat
1/4 tsp. mint extract
8 drops green food coloring
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Stop blender to stir with a spoon if necessary to help blend ice cream. Pour into 12-ounce cups and serve each with a straw.

YUM! Id add some creme de minthe to that and make it an adult drink!

Can't help you find one in NY...I'm in PA...and I had one yesterday...and it wasn't all that great. It was basically a vanilla shake with green food coloring...it had a very faint minty taste...I was disappointed...
