Setting up the crib today...need help!
Trying to set up the crib. Put down the crib skirt then literally took an hour putting the bumper in trying to get the bows perfect and the mattress did not fit inside with the bumper on. Does the bumper go on top of the mattress so the mattress shows through the side? Or I should have put the mattress down then squeeze the bumper around it then tie bows? Oy! Thanks for any help!

In my family we put the mattress down first and bumpers on top
