Why is it that this show has been on for 30+ years, there are over 4500 episodes yet I keep seeing repeats? I don't even mean the 5 times that the same episode is played per day, I mean I saw the same episode a few weeks ago

Ha, Yup I SO know what you mean. My DD loves Elmo so you cant imagine how bad it is that I know MOST of them by heart.

Ugh I agree! And it seems like they re-use the Elmo's World segments in different episodes, so I really get sick of that part of the show (even though it's my DD's favorite part so I have to deal with it!)

There was something..not to long ago in fact..about the old episodes..Im talking about the ones from when we were kids (or when I was a kid  ) being inappropriate for todays children..or something like. They were putting them out in a box set or something and I guess it no longer met todays criteria for preschoolers...
