Why are some service technicians so miserable and rude? I’ve experienced this to many times and it’s just bad customer service. It really leaves a bad taste. We pay a lot of money for our oil service with Slomins and more than twice we've had technicians come our home and they are just so rude. It’s like they hate their jobs. Perhaps they do but please don’t take it out on me. Do something about it and smile…gheez Chat Icon
